 Chatroom The New Autobotcity Comission our ArtistsTransformers contestsRULES AND GUIDELINES 2012We accept: fanart of all the continuities, photography, fanfiction, collabs, original characters, linearts, artisan crafts, cosplayWe don't accept: traced pictures, doll bases, motivational posters, screen captures, collages made out of copyrighted material, "wolf-formers" and other animal-formers, pornography or explicit sexual content, pencil drawings on notebook paper, wips - "work in process" humanized original charactersIf Admins, who judge and filter the submissions, decide that a submissions breaks the rules they will decline it. Autobotcity accepts art by artist of any level. However, we are a big group that is why we have quality control. Here are other possible reasons, why your art was rejected: you submitted your deviation to the wrong folder (one of the main reasons why OC art gets rejected) your pencil drawing or lineart is not clean and polished, or you submitted a fast doodle which looked like a sketch your photo was blurry or distorted by your camera or cell phone your digital drawing is created in low resolution, it is blurry or pixelated and seems raw, not polished your picture is not properly cropped e.g. there is a head "floating" in a white background your picture or photo has a huge watermark which destroys it. If you're afraid that your work will be stolen, put a small watermark or your signature in the place where it cannot be easily cropped or erased your drawing depicts a character which hardly reminds us of a Transformer your humanized Transformer does not remind us of a robot. Please note, that your drawing of pretty bishounen boys in colorful hair is not enough to be accepted, you need to try more than that and experiment with their design a bit your picture contains fetishes or overly-sexual themes. We accept mild romantic themes, but please bear in mind that the Admins might vote against a certain piece.NOTE: Any attempt of submitting pornography will result in a ban. Don't want to get banned? Keep your submissions worksafe. Submission Guidelines Submission limit: 3 pictures per week Please submit to correct category: your TFA fanart goes to TFA - TRANSFORMERS ANIMATED folder, your G1 fanart goes to GENERATION ONE folder etc. We also encourage you to submit to media-themed-folders like 3D Models and Photography, Cosplay, Customs and Artisan Crafts if your fanart is an artwork in 3D, a keychain and other artisan craft, a photo of your toys, a photo of you cosplaying a character. Few folders, including the Featured Folder are always closed in order to avoid confusion and are under Admin's management. They contain sorted submissions. Feel free to browse through them. You may submit your original character to Original Characters folder only no matter in which style you drew it. Deviations submitted to incorrect folders will be rejected. The categories as Photography, Original Characters and Humanized Versions are restricted categories. You may only submit one picture per month to them. Random Transformers fanart and any type of character redesigns or alternations should be submitted to MISCELLANEOUS - Random folder. Remember - your work represents you!
